Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Dream Smile Dental Clinic, we value your time and strive to provide efficient services. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully.
1. Appointment Cancellation
- Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows.
- If we must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will notify you at the earliest and offer an alternative slot.
2. Refund Policy
For Online Dental Consultations:
- No refunds under any circumstances.
- These consultations are time-bound advice services, and once the slot is booked and paid for, the fee is non-refundable.
For In-Person (Dental OP) Services:
- Consultation fees are non-refundable, as the payment is collected at the clinic itself prior to consultations.
- Treatment fees are generally non-refundable. However, under specific and rare circumstances where:
- A service was charged but not delivered due to reasons attributable to the clinic
- You may submit a refund request in writing to drpriya.dreamsmile@gmail.com. We will review and respond within 7 working days
